Alexa Feed the FIsh

feed_the_fish.mp4

The NodeMcu8266 board is ideal for interfacing non smart devices with Alexa. Easily controllable from your phone at the same time.

The fish feeder shown can be triggered by a ground on pin 1, and then a momentary 3.5 to 5v applied to pin 2, making it usable with Arduino, Rasberry, etc. The feeder uses two internal 1.5V batteries and has a switch to feed the fish once or twice per day automatically. Let me know and I could make and ship you one for about $40.00. ganymede2029@gmail.com

Progamming the ESP8266 to work with Alexa, see the: https://randomnerdtutorials.com/alexa-echo-with-esp32-and-esp8266/ Voice Control Relay Project.
